Doesn't sound like the Morotai airframes. My understanding of Morotai inventory as of 1986 was: 6 B-24
2 P-40
2 FG1D
6 P-38
2 Beaufighter
6 A-20
6 B-25
several C-46, C-47
and C-54

But this pilot kind of leaves it open that maybe there was more there than he listed.
