Kermit's P-12's

I just finished reading an article in Warbirds Worldwide about Kermit's F3F...there is a blurb in there that on his return flight to Florida he stopped in to see how his fleet of P-12's were coming along. His ex Tallman Boeing was mangled in the Hurricane a few years ago and it seems that along with a rebuild he is having 6 or so scratchbuilt. Anyone have an inside scoop? Where, when, or who is doing the work. Can't wait to see these early birds...what classy biplane!!!
