It is c/n F.1886, registration ZK-TLA (not current). Back in 1995 ZK-TLA was registered to a certain Mr Darby, one of the main forces behind Pioneer Aero Restorations. Perhaps he dragged one of his projects out of the shed for the boys to work on?

Flew with the RNZAF as NZ629, previously with RAF as K2759.

Sometimes quoted as F.1831, which I can't find a record of as having served with the RNZAF (which doesn't mean it didn't, just that I can't find it). Maybe he has two?....
