Oh dear! You misunderstand me - I was encouraging you to 'have a go'; not offended - I don't even feel criticised! I know what my limitations are. No smart aleck remarks - just hey, mate, it's worth considering. As you are passionate about the Halifax, you REALLY should consider it. Real experts are just passionate people who keep going.

My point was it's worth having a go at writing a book. It's a damn good way of organising one's information and working to a target. Lots of 'experts' can't manage it, and that is, in my opinion, damning criticism. Anyone who actually produces a book knows:
a) it's VERY hard work,
b)You'll get stick for it - some of which is fair and some of which isn't.
c) You'll get vapid vague and well meaning prase which won't counterballance b)!
d) It's very rewarding and gives a great sense of achievement.

For d) alone it's worth considering.
