Maybe it would be prudent to see if we can arrange a WIX block at the dorms in advance with the HAG office. I think the cost was $25 per night last year. Rooms are double occupancy with twin beds inside and are arranged like suites with three rooms to a suite that shares a common area and a bathroom with 1-2 showers. No air conditioning... suggest bringing a small fan if you are driving.

I may be arranging a small self-contained camper to be brought over for camping at the field. If so, I may have an extra bed or two for those wishing to be within stumbling distance of the crew tent :-)

Transportation to Club 41 NOT included... though I am sure the GWFM bunch would oblige to carry anyone up for a few pints!
