While I know the Halifax is close to a lot of people's hears, and many don't like to see it like that, please bear in mind it's state of perservation was, and is, stable. From some of the comments made, you might think it was rotting in Hendon. It's not. It's clearly being conserved, and that's not a restoration. So brace for disapointment Cees, but that's what the RAFM are supposed to do - conserve for future generations. Sure, it'd be nice restored, but it's a long way down the queue; and in my opinion righly - let's see some of the other stuff out on display too.
