I have been asked by several people, about this particular mustang, and have yet to find out its real story. My records do show that on 23 February 1953, the fuselage only of A68-605, 44-12884, was sold to American
Aeronautics Corp. I don't know yet, what Cal Pacific's role is in this airplane.
