No more so than I was when I said the same thing last year.
It will be back every year until everone assumes it won't pass again, so they stop calling their representatives. We'll just get worn down. Then they'll claim their was no opposition because nobody called. They'll champion the fact that at least they are "doing something" to protect the public.
