Wanted,info on who to contact.

Hi everyone,

I am going to try and save and obtain a EC-121T from a certain dark future. But I don't have money, or even my museum yet to give me a boost for a better chance to getting this aircraft. So my only way I want to try is by contacting the government and see if this plane could be save, and that I would become owner of this aircraft, for my future museum. So my question is who would I want to contact about this plane-in the government? Also how do I legally get donatons. Where would I got to get this? I think its some type of plan? Many Thanks!
