Hi Nathan,
You need to be introduced to the Warbird Registry which is a part of this website...
http://www.warbirdsresourcegroup.org/registry/index.html
...you will find a number of types listed in the registry. Scott Rose, the webmaster of this site (WRG - Warbird Rescource Group) and the provider of this discussion board (thanks again Scott), has been listing survivors of many warbird types. There is even a list for the C-119...
http://www.warbirdsresourcegroup.org/registry/c119registry/c119registry.html
...now he only has a few listed. BTW... Scott has been working hard to set-up the lists on this site, so if you would like to help out by compiling a list like the C-119 Survivors he would love to hear from you. I'll be helping out with the North American/Ryan Navions in the near future.
Anyway, back to the topic of C-119s. Here are a few sites that list C-119 survivors...
www.oldprops.f9.co.uk/C119.htm
www.coastcomp.com/av/pres/presc2.htm
www.shanaberger.com/C-119.htm

Hopefully this helps. It doesn't directly answer your question about the C-119 flyers out ther, but it is a start.
Hope this helps.
Mike
