Paul,
Parting with just over ?1 to DORiS at the RAF Museum will send the airfield layout plans (General and Dispersed Sites) winging your way by post.
Careful overlay onto the current OS map will show the exact location of the drained wetland area as well as all those T Turrets/Pillboxes that the programme made such a big thing over searching and finding.
