Cees I would contact the CAM in Ottawa and email them to see if they can help. I asked to guys at our museum and much like the CAM in Ottawa they can export this stuff under the "educational" factor and therefore of free and clear of the customs ring of fire. As well I would hit-up the Canada Customs site as well as it is a wealth of information.
On my msn site I dumped some WORD docs that might be of interest concerning Wrecks and Right to them. I found a file in the National Archives last month that concerns with the recovery topic and maybe ownership. I had a contact at the DND but they never got back to me.
