Sunderland / Stirling wing - Same?

Hi everyone
I keep hearing that the Stirling and Sunderland wings are very similar, is this true as I would love to see the Stirling project happen and I guess the chances of finding a Sunderland wing are marginally better than a Stirling.
I know it is never that easy but what is the situation
