Finally found the email about it..from Russia

"The B-25 in Monino was recovery from Olga golf near Vladiviostok city -
Russian Far East. Airplane was without any equipment and without cowlings
and have some damaged of wings and fuselage. The people from Novosibirsk -
East Siberia - recovered it and repair ander agreement with Russian AF for
Monino AF Museum. But the airplane after recovery and restore have a plastic
cowling! Also all instruments in cockpit is Russian!!! Very unusual B-25 "
