The Finns do have a buffalo... sort of. The aircraft in their museum which looks like a buffalo is a hybrid prototype that they built during the war. The fuselage comes from a buffalo, but the wings were a new design made of wood. It didn't work, but the aircraft did survive, although I think that much of the wooden wings are new-build. They do have at least one 109 as well, and if I remember from Dave McDonald's excellent 109 listing in Classic Wings Downunder, there are the remains of several other 109's in various condition in Finland.
