This particular Catalina is rarer than you think...

By looking at the fuselate, it seems that it is an early mark; one which was a pure flying boat, without the retractable landing gear... these are extraordinarily rare aircraft. I can think of maybe one other in existence (the old ex-RAF training aircraft cutaway which is at Pennsacola).
