Air Race...Slightly off Topic

Sorry for moving slightly off the warbird topic...
This year is the 70th anniversary of the MacRobertson Air race to Australia. Does anyone know if there is going to be anything planned to celebrate this...magazine articles events or such like? As a group (Comet Racer Project group, www.cometracer.com) we are thinking of trying to organise something but it is early days yet.
Also if anyone would like to take the time to visit the project if in the Derby area then we have guided tours round the project for a couple of hours every month...dates are on the web site!!
