Keep in mind Mick that the IP ranking is for the whole WRG site, not just the discussion group. Two ranks that did surprise me somewhat were #9 which was a .navy.mil IP and #17 which is a Russian IP. Also keep in mind that these are rough totals and don't include a handful of IP's that are strictly numbers and not immediately identifiable.
However, spread the word and I'll run the stats again next month and we shall see if the UK comes out on top.
