Well, I hesitate to say this for being accused of 'stealling' the idea from posters (again?!), but I have been working on such an article over the last two years! Hopefully before too long it will see the light of day. Still a lot to do to make it comprehensive - not sure there is enough material for a book but on the other hand might be too long for some magazine editors......

And you can't rule out the Jets.....
