There's a few more than that - probably 10+. Some are quietly for sale by word of mouth while others are advertised by brokers such as Courtesy Aircraft.

The deal is the economy and the stockmarket in the US. People don't want to spend ( or don't have)the $$$$ like they did when the stockmarket was booming. Sellers want to maintain the prices that Mustangs demanded in 1999-2000 when it was really hard to find a good Mustang,but the markets not there at the moment. Either they are going to have to come down on their prices or wait for the demand to go back up again.

I understand overseas some planes are for sale due to the insurance costs as well as the FAA (or CAA or similar) making it harder to operate.

In the US as the economy starts to recover you'll see plane start to sell again.
