Hi Everyone!! Thank You!! And a question

Hi All,

I want to start by thanking all of you who have been so kind, and have said prayers, for my Dad, and my family, it means so very much to me, and I am so pleased to report that the prayers are working!!

Wow! Time certainly does fly doesn't it?! It will be a year next month since my Dad was dagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. He had a checkup yesterday, and he is doing great! The Cancer hasn't spread, and the tumor is a bit smaller than before. For any of you who have had any experience with Pancreatic Cancer, you know that this is truly miraculous! He just had surgery for a hernia on December 18th, (the day after my 14 year old broke his arm), and he has a mild cataract he needs removed, but other than that he is doing very well. He will celebrate his 78th Birthday in May.

My husband, Charlie, was sent to Combat training in Florida, on January 2nd. He has 29 years of Service, both Active, and Guards, so we are hoping this is not a precursor of things to come.

In early December my dog, (whom the Vet told me, six years ago, was spayed, delivered 3 puppies. Anybody want a puppy??

My party favor / business items / custom apparel business, continues to grow steadily. I have kept it all on-line, and have been overwhelmed with the amount of orders I have been receiving. I'm still planning on adding War Bird designs, I just haven't had time to create much, except for a few Business card designs. My web address is: www.fancifavors.com if any of you are curious.

Now, for my question....as many of you know, Jack Roush, purchased the pieces of my Uncle's P-51 B, 43-12252, with plans of rebuilding her. It has been over a year since I heard she was in California, being rebuilt by a well known? Rebuilder. As I said, it has been awhile, and my memory isn't what it used to be. Anyway, has anyone heard anything about her? I remember being told that their was talk of taking a storyboard of her original origins, complete with the pictures of her from Bartow in 1944, and the story of Dean's service, and the crash. Any info will be very greatly appreciated!

Hopefully, I will be able to get caught back up on what is new in the Warbird world. I have truly missed you guys!

Best wishes always,
Karen
