I think rather than do this first I would tackle two or three other projects first
1) I have seen the halifax at YAM recently and whilst it has to be said that it is a magnificant achievement by these guys compromises had to be taken at the time which need to be corrected as new build or restored parts become available as is happening at present with the tail fins. I would like to see this great machine truly complete in every way.

2) Put together all of the interest and components known for a complete Stirling under a consortium and have it overseen by a board to produce a stirling which would then be the sole example on show anywhere.

3) ditto for Whitley - under auspeces of group currently doing so
