There is an article on the restoration of this aircraft in the latest issue of Warbirds International. Seems as though there was a huge legal battle and the plane went to severe abandoned status in the late 80s and 90s.
Why does this always seem to happen to B-25s? If they are left to sit without care, it seems they go downhill faster than anything.
