Getting the airworthiness certificate shouldn't be hard, with F-104's and Mig-21's already flying. Heck, the GR.3 is subsonic. What would be more problematic is getting a letter of authorization (LOA) for the pilot to get qualified. Probably not too hard for an ex-Harrier pilot, but MUCH harder for a civilian or non-Harrier trained military pilot.

Oh, and the fuel flow hovering around might be expensive too, even with gasoline down to 99 cents a gallon these days (maybe $1.75 for jet fuel?)...
