A man by the name of Gary Sisson purchased some BT-13 parts from me about two years ago. On the day he arrived to pick the stuff up, he showed me some personal snapshots of a disassembled Flug Werks 190 located near him in the Arizona/New Mexico area. Is this where Rudy Frasca is based?

Can't wait to see one take to the skies :)
