Jim is talking about Ammirato's Airshow Bar and Grill. It's owned by Bill Ammirato and like he said, Bill's a huge race fan. He was on the Miss America team for many years back when Bud Granley was still the pilot. He also knows more about merlin engines and warbirds in general than just about anybody I know. On top of that, Bill is just a super nice guy! The Cascade Warbirds Squadron has their Christmas party there every year.
As a side note, the R-4360 that is for sale is the last of two that we had in storage at the Olympic Flight Museum.
