OK...Is snow removal and issue? Would equipment need to be brought in for that? The size of the lake then becomes an issue, assuming there is a lake close to the wreck (and "close" is a relative term). What is the topography like around the lake? I am not a pilot, and certainly don't have bush flying experience, but I would imagine surroundings would be more of a concern for a C-130 than for a Beaver.
Actually this begs a question. What are the smallest pieces that a York could be disassembled down to? Would an aircraft as large as a C-130 be required? Could more trips with smaller aircraft be possbile?
