Back in 1995-96, the American-Royal Thai Air Classics Association (ARTAC) had an office at Ellington Field, Houston, TX (hangar 594) and participated in one or two of the Wings Over Houston Airshows with at least a booth, if I remember correctly, where they were selling patches and other items to raise funds, and recruiting members.

I haven't had any contact with them ever since, but I would guess that the American component is still active.
