From my experience...common sense prevails when approaching most shops. I have never been turned away from a tour or at least being able to take pictures. Fighter Rebuilders...Elmer Ward...Vintage Fighters...Reilly Aviation...all of these shops have been gracious and accomodating. Can't say I have ever had a "worse" experience anywhere...that goes for museums as well. Some of the more memorable moments....John Sandberg gave my father and I a personal tour of Tsunami at Fighter Rebuilders, Elmer Ward let his ferret climb over me while showing us around his "then" Bearcat project, Bill Turner took us up in his Marquart Charger and showed us all the "secret" projects at Flabob...aviation is a grand thing!!
