One common theme I have seen over and over, that has made so many of these museums welcoming, has been very active docents. Most of these guys are WW II vintage, and I do wonder whether the museums are going to have trouble finding docents of the same caliber and enthusiasm in 10-15 years. I think as we go to airshows and interact with people, we need to spread our enthusiasm around the field.
