Paul M.
I have been away.
Trawling through my post today I was surprised to see the North American Spitfire article in 'Flypaper'. Ken Ellis had requested a listing some months ago and I had responded with a crude list generated from my data base anticipating some discusion. MK297 is still on my data base as total write off at CWH. JF620/A58-300 is one of those substantial Australian surface wrecks that was consumed by enthusiasts through the 1970's, the largest part ending up with Mark De Freis in South Africa and on to Vancouver. The Melton 'new' two seater now has enough bits of MH367 incorporated to establish a provenance thread.
