Ah, what might have been...I think we've all seen (and in many cases owned) photos like these of these magnificent birds just sitting there for the preserving...Just the 190A, the 190D or that K or very late G 109, would give most air-museum curators fits today...
But these were disposable, to-be-forgotten-as-quickly-as-possible items in 1945.
(Is there a common thread with the Arkansas MiG...?)
