No, no "post-quemador" (afterburner) on these babies. What you are looking at, in the picture is just fuel burning on the jet exhaust; there are people nearby on the photo, and the noise from the AB would surely harm them.

The MiG-19 was the first MiG to be equipped with an AB, AFAIK.
