That was also my opinion at first having seen the photograph (that was probably what we wanted to see), but the nose is too long and the windowframes in the nose are also not supposed to be there.
It certainly looks like something built in Russia and lying on its side (what looks like the cockpitframe is in my opinion a sponson or something similar).
No Lib and no Halifax I'm afraid.
