What a way to spend Sunday afternoon......

...and it is warbirds related.

Some weeks ago I arranged for the transportation of a
complete Halifax propeller and Hercules gearbox from
a crashed Halifax from the very south of the Netherlands
to the place where I live some ten miles from Amsterdam.
The prop was stored in my shed awaiting transportation
to the UK.

Well, the prop parts were collected this afternoon by a British coach carrying some very puzzled British tourists who must have been thinking that some people had gone mad by stowing a bunch of propellerblades, hub etc next to their luggage. Well, we were not mad but the deal was done.
I must say I enjoyed making a chaos of the local traffic and seing the puzzled faces of several motorists looking at us carrying propellerblades. Brenda was present to take photographs for posterity.
