I would guess that other sites have funding from related resources that allow the use of servers to store the graphics files uploaded. Unfortunately it all comes down to money.

What we need to do is to get everyone to go out an buy a lottery ticket. Maybe one of use will win and can give Scott some help. Otherwise I would guess that many people are like me, paying the mortgage and other bills and doing what I can to help out.
