The Wildcat that went was an incomplete one, and had a replica left? wing. The Paul Allen group can probably source a wing, or build one and get that plane in the air. At POF she was a static, and the results of the sale will help build a big hangar to house all of the collection. POF has flyable FM-2's around and many other more significant projects to go about completing. The B-17 is really one that is important, and hopefully could find a major sponsor for the 50th Anniversary in 2008. Hopefully this can be a worldwide celebration, as Ed Maloney's Air Museum has had worldwide impact on what we do today.
