Do you think that someone with high visibility like Paul Allen would knowingly be involved in illegal export? Seems rather risky knowing that he could just afford to go out and buy anything he wanted.

If you base your statement on what you read in the pacific aircraft wrecks website, be advised that you are seeing the story as reported by only one of the many entities competing to obtain and export airframes from the region.
