There are two "original" Ju 52's left in Norway from the original ones recovered from the lake. One in Gardemoen, one has been stored in a garage in Narvik untill this year. It has either been assigned for restoration at the museum in Stavanger or to a group in Troms? which have volountered to do the work. There has been discussion on where it would go.

My guess is that the deal struck with Portugal (restore two a/c and keep one) was made before the recovery of the Hartigvann aircraft was made which could explane that transaction. But this is just speculation.
