Great scoop on the Portuguese examples.
Off the top of my head these one's are flyer's
Lufthansa (Germany)
Jean Salis (France)
Ju Air (3 in Switzerland)
CAF ?? (don't they have an airworthy example)
Not sure whether these are Ju or CASA
I'm sure Kiwi Dave or Michael Olrog will fill in my gaps
