Tulio, the C-74 was the Globemaster I. It was a massive beast with 4 -4360s and the C-124 Globemaster II was later created out of it. Also, an interesting note about C-74 was that the cockpit arrangement was a small fighter like bubble instead of a large cabin arragement. They only built 14. Here is a link to a pic:

As for Latin American service I have no idea. I don't believe any survive.
