Michel:
Brian's right on all points except one: Nanton is only about 75 km south of Calgary. If you get that far south, it's worth the extra distance.

: Hi Michel,
:
: I've seen them all and you better make it two days, three
: is even better! All are great museums but I don't think yo
: u'll be able to make them all in one day. If you're in the
: Edmonton area visit #1 (my favourite AB museum) Reynolds
: Aviation Museum then #2 the Alberta Aviation Museum, the A
: AM museum also has a Ventura being restored to flight by a
: nother organization. Calgary is about 300KM away and if yo
: u make it down #1 Calgary Aerospace museum, #2 Calgary AB
: The Naval Museum of Alberta. Nanton is a bit outside Calga
: ry, about 200 KM south (I think) but is well worth the dri
: ve. If you have time, in between Edmonton and Calgary, out
: side of Red Deer is the old RCAF Station Pehhold, now call
: ed Springbrook (?), the airport there is home to Airpray w
: ho operate the F-86, Invaders and various other waterbombe
: rs, also Buffalo Airways has some of their aircraft parked
: there. Well worth the stop if you have the time.
