This year's highlights:

Travelling to Sacramento, CA and then attending the Doolittle Raiders 61st Reunion had to be the absolute biggest highlight of my warbirds experience this year. Also took my first flight in one, a Stearman.
Other experiences inclued some amateur annnouncing (with a great CAF guy) at a show in New Braunfels, TX, and (worst experience of the year so far) seeing a Cessna 172 crash.
Hopefully, as I am one of those folks where airshows are still up and coming, a good show at Randolph AFB on Nov. 1st.
Also starting flying lessons so maybe I can help fly warbirds someday!
