Halifax problems as well

but not corrosionwise:

Here's the message from Ian Foster of 57Rescue:

Hi everyone,
Word is out on the street that the folk in charge at the RCAF Memorial Museum, Trenton, Ontario, Canada, have decided that NA337 will NEVER see the light of day when she is completed!
Why?? Difficult to figure out why this descision has been reached, BUT, it is not too late to get them to change their minds.
How about this... On "NICE DAYS" and "SPECIAL OCCASIONS" NA337 can be rolled outside to be photographed and bask in the sunshine. ALSO, at a later date, those engines can be either replaced with good running stock, or perhaps her originals can be overhauled, repaired & got running... Now, THAT would indeed be a photo opportunity, and one which would no doubt bring them much needed money.
All the museum people need to do is revise their plans to incorporate hangar doors which will open to allow NA337 to be rolled out - that can't be such a bad idea can it?
We need to hear YOUR voices on this. OK, respiond here in the forum, BUT, also drop the museum director an email voicing your concerns too...
Contact: Chris Colton, Executive Director RCAF Memorial Museum, Trenton at: rcafmail@reach.net
PLEASE HELP - one voice won't be heard, but many will!
Here's hoping.
Ian

You guessed it, my message has already been sent. Please bury the shortsighted officials with e-mails stating that they should put in some large hangardoors in that building.

Grumble
