There was an extensive airworthiness directive out on all LB-30/PB4Y and several other variants. The aircraft were grounded until they came into compliance with this order, which essentially required examining the wing spars and repairing as needed. The CAF LB30/B-24 completed this process during the spring and is clear to fly. If you want more info you can look at the FAA regulatory and guidance library and look up Consolidated and after awhile you will find it there. It is kind of impressive that it took over sixty years for the first AD to come out on the airplane.
