Not biting on that one. If you mess about with a State's flag, or insignia, it is 'an insult'. (That a technical term of flag ettiquete, not my opinion, BTW: go check.)
Flying the Union Flag (commonly known as the Union Jack) or the US Stars and Bars upside down is either a) a symbol of distress, or b) an insult.
Reversing or inverting ANY national insignia, is a more minor version of this abuse.
Sorry, Hell or Hades is not a state, holds no recognised embassy, and therefore isn't included. The Christian hevan has the Pope in the Vatican City. Bit tough on the satanists, but that's the rap!
