Since the RNZAF NEVER operated the type , it never wore that scheme, or any other, in New Zealand service . I don't think it is too hard to find out facts such as this.
I have no objection to the scheme , as you say it is up to the owner how he paints it , but some historical accuracy should be observed when it comes to what it represents , methinks.
