Rotol hubs

I have a pair of rusty old rotol hubs and we are going to strip them down for the Whitley - thing is the big slotted nuts are going to be difficult to get apart without specialist tools - i remember reading somewhere they are done up with 14 tonnes of torque!

Can anyone suggest someone who might lend us some suitable tool or a source where they can be bought?
