Hi Rob,
I talked to John for just a few minutes helping him with his bags. Very nice Travel Air! Was fun to catch the tour when it stopped in Ft. Worth.
: If you do go, be sure and look up John Coussens. He is a Boeing engineer who rebuilt the plane on a budget over 10 years. I think he did a great job with it but I am a bit biased. He likes to talk airplanes - I am sure you would be welcomed if you stopped to talk.
