Brad what you wrote hits it completely on the head. As I was reading I was going to post about the possibility of it not winning because of the two previous Corsairs. I then read your comments on that too. All well stated.

However on the same note, how many Mustangs have won Grand Champ at Oshkosh over the years? So therefore, the bottom line should be not that its just another Corsair, but that its the best restoration on the ramp. And we all know a Staggerwing and L-4 can't even come close to a 100% totally authentic factory fresh Corsair.
